Pulley type cloth hanger

Two years ago, I got pulley type cloth hanger (model # PTRE) installed in my balcony. Found that bill today as I was clearing old papers.

Cost (then) = Rs. 800

    I have this at home.
    It is not working since the string has come out.
    Can you please send one of your service engineer and then get this fixed ?.
